We are pleased to provide lighting audits, consulting, and lighting retrofit project management for all building types. We are also pleased to provide LED lighting fixtures and other lighting supplies.

 

As always, our audit/consulting services are fully independent of any product offerings. That means we are happy to advise you on any potential energy improvement, independent of whether you choose to purchase any LED lighting from us or another supplier.

 

In depth:

 

Our lighting audits typically begin by inventorying existing luminaires by quantity, location, condition, technology type, quality of light, intended function, wattage, and other characteristics.

 

If present, we also record existing lighting controls including dimmers, timers, motion detectors, and occupancy sensors. We interview owners and/or staff to make a preliminary determination as to hours lighting is in use, as well as other operational factors.

We regularly track lighting industry pricing; you can be sure the lighting upgrade cost estimates we provide are as competitive as possible. We invite you to have your lighting supplier provide you with a quote, and we can determine who has the best prices.
