Energy Audits Ltd. Receives Award From Efficiency Maine Trust

We are happy to announce that last Friday, at the Efficiency Maine Trust's Annual Energy Symposium, held at Governor Hill Mansion in Augusta, we received an award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency for our Outstanding Contribution to Efficiency Maine's Business Program.

We were recognized in particular for completing - by far - the most energy retrofit projects at multifamily properties.

Senator Susan Collins gave the event's keynote address. She spoke of the important work performed by Energy Audits Ltd. and other energy efficiency contractors in Maine. And, on a more personal note, she discussed how great an investment it has been for her and her family to have chosen to install heat pumps and other energy retrofit measures at their home. From the heatpumps alone, Senator Collins noted that she's seen heating savings of 30%+, or about $1,100 each year!

We are grateful for the recognition and to be able to work toward providing more Mainers with sound energy efficiency solutions that save them a lot of money as well as increase health and safety in their home, office, or multifamily property.
